Trims and Powertrains

Chevy builds the 2024 Corvette Stingray in three trims: 1LT, 2LT, and 3LT, all with a 6.2-liter V8 engine that creates 490 horsepower and 470 lb.-ft. of torque. With the available performance exhaust (the Z51 Package also adds bigger brakes, an electronic limited-slip rear differential, and summer tires), horsepower increases to 495 for a 0-60 mph time of 2.9 seconds and a top track speed of 194 mph.

The eight-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission can be operated through its push-button gear selector found on the steering-wheel-mounted shift paddles or center console. Available Magnetic Selective Ride Control offers a unique damping experience that reads the road every millisecond, adapting the ride every 10 to 15 milliseconds. The suspension becomes rigid within the blink of an eye to give more control and confidence while pushing harder. Chevy also includes the Driver Mode Selector on all trims (the settings include Weather, Tour, Sport, Track, MyMode and the customizable Z Mode). According to the EPA’s official estimations, the 2024 Corvette Stingray Coupe returns 16 mpg on city streets and 25 mpg on the highway.

Standard and Optional Features

The 1LT has 8-way power adjustable GT1 bucket seats (there’s an option for Competition Sport bucket seats), a 12.0-inch reconfigurable gauge display, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, heated power outside mirrors with integrated turn indicators, and open-spoked Bright Silver aluminum wheels (19-inch front/20-inch rear) with Michelin Pilot Sport all-season performance tires. There is also a selection of available wheel choices for this trim, ranging  from 20-spoke gloss-black forged aluminum wheels, five-spoke silver-finished aluminum wheels.

The 2LT adds lumbar control and seatback bolsters, heated and ventilated front seats, a head-up display, wireless device charging, a heated steering wheel,  a universal home remote, nets for the cargo area, and a driver’s side auto-dimming power-folding outer mirror. Added to the 3LT are GT2 bucket seats, the Sueded Microfiber-Wrapped Upper Interior Trim Package (headliner, visors, A-pillar trim, rear window trim, and trim above the windshield), and leather-wrapped elements (upper instrument panel, door trim panels, and console cover).

All three trims are eligible for the Convertible Engine Appearance Package, which adds a clear window under the tonneau to provide a view of the engine bay. The Z51 Performance Package contains Z51 performance Brembo brakes, a performance exhaust, a Z51 performance suspension, a performance rear axle ratio, an electronic limited-slip differential, a Z51 front splitter and rear spoiler, a heavy-duty cooling system, and Michelin Pilot Sport high-performance summer tires. Any trim can add the available sueded microfiber-wrapped steering wheel.

Advanced Driver Aids and Safety Technology

In the interest of improving safety, every 2024 Corvette Stingray includes an HR rear vision camera, a rear camera mirror, rear park assist, forward collision warning, pedestrian and cyclist detection, lane keep assist, lane departure warning, a following distance indicator, and automatic emergency braking. Added to the 2LT and 3LT are a high-definition front vision camera along with rear cross-traffic alert and blind spot monitoring.

Infotainment and Connectivity

The Corvette’s cockpit contains the Chevrolet Infotainment 3 Plus array with an 8-inch touchscreen. Its components are Bluetooth, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a Wi-Fi hotspot, SiriusXM satellite radio, and a Bose sound system. The 1LT has ten speakers, while the 2LT and 3LT get 14 speakers as well as navigation. All three trims have access to OnStar and Chevrolet connected services.
